Looking forward to 6 months of sedentary lifestyle (sarcasm)
Hey guys, I went through some SF training and tore my anterior and posterior labrum, as well as tore my medial meniscus in both knees. I have shoulder surgery on June 14th and waiting for my appointment with ortho for my knee surgery's dates. Basically my body is wrecked and being a self-proclaimed athletic guy, the idea of being sedentary for any length of time is terrible. I know I will have to follow my rehab to a T, but if there is anything out there that will speed up the process or at least help to ensure this doesn't happen again, Im definitely interested. I saw the website for the peptides, which offers a huge list and therefore a much larger range of research. If I could get any advice on a starting point, it would be much appreciated.
