I've been thinking about taking hgh due to losing my spleen in January been doing a lot of research on it's benefits for immune system and has been lots of good info so I'm reading more and more before I decide but I came across this video and wanted to see your opinions on how he mixes and stores it thanks

Ive reading up on it quite a bit myself and have been thinking of taking the plunge just for its health benefits . Ive tried peptides to boost my natty gh which were fine but for the amount I spent it wasnt worth it. I would be interested if you do decide to try it how it goes for you.

Im not sure if he let the vacuum take the bac water into the vial because I jumped forward a little.
The only thing I've always been told that I didn't hear him say is to le the bac water run down the side of the vial. The swirl and roll the vial no shake.
