Yes to my knowledge u can develop it,and there is danger of going into shock if unaware of it,something to do with ur body developing resistance to insulin I think??

In all honesty, you should have asked this before you started pinning. What is your expectation from HGH?
Also, if you look at any of he blood tests posted for Riptropin, they usually post twice the serum levels of Pharma Grade, or Hygetropin. So your 3ius is more like 6ius of Hyges or Saizen. That kind of dose without supporting compounds like Test and possibly T4 is a waste IMO. You will get the sides but not the full benefits.
Cut your dose back to 1-2iu, your sides should go away.

To be fair I did a bit of research, but not as much as I should have, not looking to body build or bulk essentially just looking for cut and to maintain a decent standard, appreciate the advice, what about diet,as worry about diabetes, test is something I looked at but losing hair as it is,and temper probs could be elevated to my knowledge?is that correct??

That research should have told you about higher doses and the sides you are getting.
Typical HGH replacement dose is 1-2iu bro. This is one of those times that more is not better. Does Diabetes run in your family, are you overweight?
Regarding your hair loss comment. Are you starting to go bald now? If so it could accelerate this by lowering FSH.
It sounds like you have been reading typical news information, concentrating only on the negative aspects and only at their extremes. With replacement levels of Test and HGH Temper should not be an issue.
Nutrition I don't change anything based on HGH injections. I make those adjustments based on the results I am trying to achieve.

It did however was unaware at the strength of rips,my father has diabetes, got bloods taken last week and came back fine,I am starting to lose my hair 34this year,in not trying to get bigger,my diet is poor at best

If you get your diet together you will get much better results all the way around. Nutrition is the fuel for everything. If you eat shit you will feel and look like shit! No Offense just saying from my experience. HGH will not fix bad nutrition. Since I have changed my nutrition I have had much better results. Nutrition has a lot to do with Diabetes also.
