Starting a new stack.. Feed back appreciated

ad

Ok so I'm going to start a new stack here in a couple of months and have done plenty of research so I'm not just going in on this off some guys recommendation. I'll explain what I will be taking and reasons for why. But I'm always ears open for advice and suggestions.

Stack will include:

Igf1-lr3
CJC 1295 with dac
Ipamorelin

Dosage and time frame:

Igf1-lr3 40mcg EOD mon, wed, fri PostMorningWorkout
(EOD due to its, debatable, 72 hour half life)

CJC 1295 with DAC 2mg twice per week sun and Thurs
(I understand that many say that the DAC causes GH bleed, however I've yet to see any lab results or blood test to say otherwise. If I wasn't in the military I would gladly do it to put that bro science to rest. If anyone has proof please feel free to share)

(Oh, and Not 100% sure on if I want to do twice a week, but have heard good results)

Ipamorelin 200mcg ED just before bed time
(This does not effect the body's natural GH production in the pituitary nor does it change the natural igf. It simply helps with the release of existing unused GH/igf)

Reasoning:
Fairly simple, I will be doing high intensity training 3 times a day. Morning endurance lifting, afternoon conditioning, and evening power lifting. So, recovery is key. CJC with dac will ensure high amounts of GH release upon peaks (hopefully) that will continuously repair throughout the day/week. Igf1-lr3 to create more cells that can be trained and fine repairs that require more attention (i.e ligaments) and ipamorelin to help release and continue the repair and growth while asleep. This stack will only be ran for 4 weeks, seeing as how high igf levels can increase the risk of cancer; to prevent GH bleed (if not just a theory) and to keep the pituitary relatively stable and sensitized.

I've heard that I should continue to take ipamorelin for a few weeks after my stack to ensure all peptides have been released and to allow the pituitary a "pct" so to speak.

If anyone has any thoughts, recommendations, opinions, etc. I'd love to hear som feed back. Thanks for reading!

@irongame427 Well I'm in the marines so I'm already in the real world. I just work. I don't have to study, No family here, and nothing else that takes up my day. 430-530am endurance work out, 1100-1230pm lunch agility and sprint conditioning, and 5-630pm evening power lifting. So besides work the gym is all I have to fill my day either that or sit on my ass and watch netflix. Ha

Nice, so fuck it man take full advantage. Im thinking about taking my training up a notch since this is the last year i can do so. Ive been doing 2 a days cardio in the am and lift pm but maybe I can find a way to do things differently. Just don't know how to set it up.

@irongame427 Yeah I'm going to be so active I think my body will utilize every drop. And I hear ya the real world is tough but you can always find time to smoke check your body, just need to look for it. And for set up, depends on what you're going for.. Lean muscle stick with cardio but not high intensity just like a mile or even a half mile before a workout to get the blood flowing. Remember, high cardio workout causes a lot of oxygen to get pushed through your muscle fibers. Your body doesn't like pushing it a long way so it tries to shrink the muscle to shorten the distance oxygen has to go. So optimum gains won't be achieved, but with clean diet the same effect can be achieved, I've done it and know others who never do cardio but just eat clean are 6%. For strength I really enjoy low weight high rep pyramid work out (15x12x10x12x15) say chest in the morning. Then in the evening power lift (10x8x6x4x10) chest again. Because your body is already fatigued from earlier so when you push as hard as you can after that the muscle has no choice but to become extremely dense. You can also reverse it which builds more size than strength. You more than likely know all this but I just thought I'd share. That's just my favorite. Morning workout and evening workout keeps me motivated through the whole day.

What are you doing right now that you can train 3 times a day? I'm in college for one more year and I could probably do something similar. I probably should as this is my last year before the real world begins.
