Like mechtech said. It'll take a while before you start seeing any results. Also unlike gh it doesn't shut you down so if you want you dont need to come off.
Forever if you want. The way I understand it you can continuously run this peptide combo. I have also read that like HGH you need to run a minimum of 6 months to get real benefit.
