+ 1 My personal experience with TB500

ad

Since this peptide is catching a lot of attention, I figured why the hell not try it. I am doing a loading phase of eight weeks on 10 mg/wk from great white peptides. My shots are spot injections done every Third day with a skin syringe. Here is some basic info and I will post on weekly basis on any changes.

TB 500 is a naturally occurring peptide. It is part of the thymosin family of peptides. Structurally it is unique in that it has a unique binding ability. This is relative in that it binds to certain substances and transports them to areas of injury. TB500 is found throughout the body, in many tissues, but is heavily concentrated in areas of injury.

The first effect of Tb 500 is it reduces inflammation. It does this via 2 mechanisms. It first works to lower inflammatory inducing cytokines. These cytokines induce systemic inflammation. Secondly there is a derivative of TB 500 that actually works to reduce inflammation of white blood cells. The cells responsible for immune system function.
The artificial form of this chemical; TB-500 is being investigated for its roles in regulating Actin. This is a cell building protein that helps to encourage cell movement and structure. There are thousands of similar proteins in each animal cell, but actin makes up approximately 10 percent of these proteins, making it an essential part of the genetic makeup of these cells.

1st wk. spot injections in each elbow and no changes as far as pain/inflammation in first seven days

JH, can you report to the quality of the tb-500 from great white? Im a little skeptical of trying their peps after reading lots of reviews. The only thing i have purchased from there is bac water. I'm new to peptides so I am afraid that the first time I research TB-500 I'll get screwed and waste my money along with weeks of injections. Whats your opinion so far with your research?

10mg? Really that seems like a lot, I'm new to peps but is such a high dose needed?

Anybody here try pinning TB500 directly into the injured area (tendon, ligament) ?

I'm using TB500 for tendonitis in elbow...lateral tendon. Just started, but i know that the best treatments are expensive and u need a good sports physician. Plasma rich platelets injected into the tear using a ct type scan to place it exdatly is very effective!

There are also stem cell injections.

The top athletes go to the best...the rest of us have to experiment.

Isn't 10mg/wk kind of a lot? From what I've read, 4-5 mg/wk for 6 weeks then maintain at 1mg/wk.

you could be throwing money out the window.

do you freeze the unmixed vials?

geez, I'm getting ready to give this a try but I haven't read anything that suggests more that 5mg/wk for loading. Prices are all over the map too. I've seen 2mgs go for anything from $13 to $43.
lets say yours was somewhere in the middle (your quoted source has a non-working website), you'd be spending $280/wk or $2,240 to load this. To me, that's pretty costly for an anti-inflammatory experiment. I'm 41 and my knees hurt like hell after I squat, along with other constant issues in one shoulder and one side of my chest. So I really do want to give this a shot but probably not at that rate.
Anyway, my question about freezing was in regards to the vials you haven't mixed yet. do you keep them in the freezer?
hope this peptide works out well for you.

I got some ready for hitting tomorrow to see how it helps with this broken wrist i have ...... not going to be able to pin near the wrist joint due to having a cast on so i thought maybe hit the upper forearm that is showing or maybe the outer bicep head....... i will play around and see which works best.

I deal with some wicked tendinitis in my wrist that damn near cripples me. I get cortisone shots every several months to cope, I'm def interested to see how this works out for you.
