+ 1 Help with Reta

ad

Ok. Dumb questions.

I purchased 5mg Reta from one of the sites preferred suppliers.

So is 5mg the whole vial or is that the dose? How many units do I inject to be 5mg?

Also isn’t this supposed or be refrigerated? The vials just came in a box.

Bro, not dumb questions at all, better to ask before you pin.

If it says 5mg Reta, that usually means 5mg total per vial, not 5mg per dose. How many “units” you inject depends entirely on how much bacteriostatic water you reconstitute it with.

Example:
If you add 1mL of water to a 5mg vial, the whole 1mL = 5mg.
So 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin pin) = 0.5mg.
You need to do the math based on how much you mix.

You can help yourself with: https://particlepeptides.com/en/content/48-peptide-calculator
Or Google it: peptides calculator

Regarding Reta dosage …

It really depends on your goal and what you’re trying to accomplish.

If the intention is to use it during a cut, suppress appetite, and get the best overall results in terms of glucagon response and insulin sensitivity, I’d start at 1.5mg per week and gradually increase from there.

A lot of people respond very well to low doses. Others need 4–5–7mg per week or even more. There’s no fixed rule.

If I’m not mistaken, clinical dosing goes up to 12mg for Retatrutide and 15mg for Tirzepatide.

That said, clinical dose isn’t exactly a limiting factor… (I mean, what’s the “clinical dose” of Trenbolone? LMAO.)

And yes … before reconstitution, most peptides are fine at room temp for short periods during shipping. Once you get it it’s nice to keep it in the fridge, after you added bac water, fridge is mandatory thing, refrigerate it and keep it cold.

Measure twice, pin once. Peptides aren’t something you want to guess on.

Thank you for this reply. It was very thorough and helpful to me as well.

What I will say is that I've been using .5mg reta for 4 weeks now and haven't yet been craving any food off plan and haven't felt the need to up the dose. Start off low and increase over time. One weekly injection.

The vial has 5mg of reta in it, you need to use Bacteriostatic water to dilute the powder

The dose is relative to how much bacteriostatic water you use.

For example if you use 1ml of bacteriostatic water every 0.1ml would contain 0.5mg of reta

Seems like you're confused about the amount of bac water vs. the dose of whatever peptide compound you are taking. The actual compound is irrelevant.

The 5mg on your vial is total amount of peptide compound present in the vial. Not a dose. It is the entire sum of peptide to which you will divide up into doses.

The amount of bac water you add to the vial determines the amount of solution you will draw up to be injected.

With reta and other glp compounds, most folks start at 1mg and titrate up from there.

In order to help with the arithmetic, you can search up a peptide recostitutuon calculator and input all your compound loads and desired doses and take all the guesswork out of it. The math is quite simple though when you get used to it.

Yes, it is recommended to refrigerate your peptides.

You need to research man. 5mg of reta is not shit and that is the whole vial. It only needs to be refrigerated after you add the bac water. You will need 2mg to 3mg a week for it to work well. Start off by two, use a peptide calculator so add 1 ml of bac water to it.

1000mcg is 1mg

Nice. You are the kind of guy who makes people not want to post questions and ask for advice.

I did the research on what it does and what I want. When I ordered it it didn’t give any info on administering.

There’s answers to all of your questions all over the net. You should really have answers to all your of questions before diving in.

Yes. This is a place to come for advice and answers. But this is some very basic stuff that can easily be figured out with some time and research.

If you are unable to put in the footwork to learn on your own especially when it comes to something as simple as understanding peptide reconstitution and recommended dosages then this stuff isn’t for you.

How much bac water do I add to my test e?

Yes

They’re fine out in the open for awhile but yes put them in the fridge when you get them and after reconstituting put back in the fridge. BAC stays outve the fridge, just a dry dark and cool place like a drawer.

Your units depends on how much BAC you put in the vial, if I were you I’d put .5ML (half an average 1CC syringe) and now you know every .1 is 1mg. Good luck, start low and titrate.
