Alright, I have been looking at posts, reading and reading. I am still having a hard time figuring this out. My problem is understanding how to calculate once reconstitution has been applied. I am versed on the anabolic side of things, peptides is new to me, so please bare with me. Let me take one thing I have been studying Ipamorelin 5mg. From what I have read, when 2ml of BAC water is added 100mcg/.04ml and that equals four ticks on an insulin syringe if using a full CC that has 100 on it. Easy to understand, how the hell does one come up with this calculation? I have read a few different explanations and all it has done is confused the hell out of me. Can someone please school me on this???

Thank you! This helped immensely, let me see if I got it. 5mg with 2ml BAC water and using a 100 unit slin each unit is 2 per tick. That means each tick is x2 giving me a total of 50 ticks. If I wanted to use say 300mcg that's 6 ticks x2 making it 12iu. Now, if I wanted to find out how many doses that would be, the simplest way I can figure it is this: using a 100 unit slin, each tick being 2 units making 50 total x2 since I'm using 2ml I take 50 ticks x2 making it 100. 12รท100=8.

You're welcome. I don't count by ticks. I go by units. 1ml is 100 units on an insulin syringe.
If I add 1ml of bac water to 1mg of peptide, each 10 units will have 100mcg of peptide. If I want 200mcg, I use 20 units.
If it's HGH and I have a 20IU vial and put 2ml of bac water, each 10 units on a slin pin is an IU. If I use 1ml, 5 units is an IU.
Units are easier for me to deal with. Hope that helps as well.

+1 to what he said!! Best calculator i found. will tell you everything you need to know. I was confused as hell in the beginning trying to figure it out. Input all your peptide and syringe info along with desired dose. as easy as you will find my man..
