+ 3 Does it the BPC157/TB500 worth? New here
ad
Hello everyone, I’m new here and this is my first post, so please excuse me if I make any mistakes.
A few weeks ago, I developed an injury in the back of my triceps (somewhere between the elbow and the muscle area). It’s still causing me a lot of trouble, especially during pushing at workout. Because of this, I’ve been considering using peptides.
From the research I’ve done, I’m thinking about starting a BPC-157 / TB-500 mix, injecting 500 mcg of each daily (so 1 mg total per day). Do you think whether the injections are locally or subq would make a big difference in effectiveness? What are your thoughts for all?

walterskymoonInjecting BPC-157 locally can definitely enhance its effectiveness since it's designed to work right at the injury site. Your plan to use both peptides daily at 500 mcg each sounds solid, but keep in mind that individual responses can vary. Some users have noted quicker recovery times with localized injections, while others like me find success with subcutaneous methods. Just make sure you monitor your body's response and adjust accordingly. Have you considered any other recovery methods, like physical therapy or specific mobility exercises, alongside the peptides?
LiftLaughLoveI had an elbow injury before, tried peptides for it. Didn’t feel any difference between local or subq injections, just stopped pushing and pulling for a bit and let it calm down that’s what actually sorted it
I use that stack for injury recovery, although at a lesser dose (.500), injected subq as close as I can to the injury, and I cruise on .250 daily (5 on 2 off) I’m older (46) and I feel like I get injured more often but I definitely seem to heal like a young man.
Depends on the nature of the injury. There has been LOTS of promise shown in short term stuff and even larger use cases.
Personally I saw an acceleration in healing the minor stuff, but it’s not going to start reattaching tendons or doing anything magic. If it’s relatively minor or if you want a boost to recovery go for it 100%, but don’t skip out on the doctor because of it. Many serious injuries can (sadly) only be fixed by going under the blade.
It definitely won’t hurt you.
Welcome. Sorry to hear about your injury.
Have used BPC / TB500 for accute injuries such as this with great success.
When I have issues with an elbow or triceps, I inject straight into the loose skin tissue of the elbow. Will take a minute to poke thru but sub-q right there will be fine.
Personally, I do not buy the mixed blends but rather the two compounds separately so I can adjust the dosages of each to whatever dose I am utilizing.
Im sure you will be able to find some quality peptide distributors through your research on this platform. Hope it all works out for you.
the_escobarrFirst of all, welcome here brother. I also developed an injury in my chest that feels like a micro tear. I’ll be using this mix for that as well. For now, I’m just waiting for my order to arrive hahaha
I am using these 2 healing peptides right now, BPC 157 works locally so its need to be administered as close as possible to the injury site. TB 500 works systematically so in theory you can inject it anywhere and it will still work. I just load them BOTH into the same Insulin needle and inject into the area near the injury - or more often than not the side of the shoulder. It often comes as a premixed blend anyway so the BPC will have to be close to the injury site. BPC works better for tendon injuries and TB is more for muscle injuries - but everyone just injects them both anyway!! lol
Supposedly this combo works well for regenerating head and body hair - So maybe at the end of this saga I will no longer be a Bald Twat!!

Hey Press. Thanks for sharing this info! If you have a problem in the wrist, is the shoulder close enough for injection? My forearms are virtually fat free. It’s hell to do subq on my own forearm. I’ve tried with little luck.
I told ya before mate - STOP wankin 3 times a day!!!
Pace yourself pal, EOD works best then you can rotate grips without one area becoming too sore.
But seriously - I wouldn't fancy jabbing a needle in my wrist either, just as near as possible bud. Use collagen peptides also as its likely tendon related.
I thought dropping to 3 times a day from 6 times a day would be enough. I refuse to slow down. Maybe the bpc will do the trick.
Appreciate it brother!
We'll find out together bro. Been running that combo too for almost 2 months now, shoulder feels so much better now....
beingnattyThank a lot sir. I hope you won’t be bald anymore
I had a few questions I wanted to ask, but I think the_escobar already asked them on my behalf
LMFAOOOO!!!!!
the_escobarrI’m planning to draw both compounds into an insulin syringe and inject them into my chest area.
What exactly is your protocol in terms of dosage and frequency of injection?
This is my first rodeo with healing peptides trying to help a bad rotator cuff injury, so its all a learning experience really - But I have done a shit load of reading up on various protocols and whats effective and what not. I am sticking with 500mcg of BPC per day along with 2 injections per week of 1mg TB 500 totalling 2mg. I know some will say run more TB 500 initially but it will end up costing an arm and a leg at say 5mg per week so this is the way I am doing it for now. Don't want any side effects either from the TB which I hear its notorious for. I also take 1g Vit C tabs and 30g of Collagen peps per day given its a tendon injury - then there is normal protein shakes etc.
the_escobarrI had never seen anyone experience any serious side effects from TB-500 before. Is there really such a risk?
Because the product I’ll be using is a mixed product, the total weekly TB-500 dose comes out to 7 mg.
I've seen a few get a little nausea and lethargy, headaches etc but it seems to only last a short while. Just don't wanna feel like that buddy - all I seem to get is a little light headed afterwards from the TB, I have found you are better injecting them after you have eaten also.
the_escobarri got it, it seems i will try 7mg weekly and we will see whether i notice any side or not. Thanks press!
No they’re proven to be systemic drugs. Any effect you may/may not feel from localized injections is purely placebo
beingnattyThanks a lot sir
