A somatostatin inhibitor isn't really neccesary as somatostation allows the buildup of GH to occur. When somatostatin backs down, GH is able to be released as a pulse. Somatostatin is not a bad guy. Its best to choose a GHRP first then choose a GHRH like Mod GRF. Punch a hole through somatostatin first with GHRP and then Mod GRF will follow along with it, both using their own stimulating effects to release a larger amount of GH. Just remember we need somatostatin to hold back GH, in order for it to build up and be released as a pulse.

Ok don't use CJC with the dac as is will cuase a GH bleed and actually mess up your HGH release. You should use Mod GRF 129 (cjc1293 or cjc 1295 w/o DAC they're all the same chem if it's legit) and a grhelin mimetic such as GHRP 6/2, hexarelin or ipamorelin. ghrelin mimetics mixed CJC release a massive amount of GH, about 500% of normal.

as for somatostatin inhibitors you have a few choices like L arginine which has been shown to work well. but the best are acetly choline esterase inhibitors as acetly choline is a great somatostatin inhibitor.

CJC is the pharma name given to the compound it stands for conjuchem which is the company that made it. Just like S4 is a common name for a type of SARM. what all the different types of CJCs are, are modified forms of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) they've taken a specific functional portion from this hormone from amino acid 1 till amino acid 29, this section of GHRH is called the growth hormone releasing factor or GRF. GRF has had further modifications to make it more stable and resistant to breakdown namely it's had its levo amino acid at it's second position subsituted with a dextro amino acid which means that enzymes that normally break down the molecule have an inhibited activity. There is more to it than that but that's all that matters. Basically GRF-129 is CJC 1293 which is often called CJC 1295 without DAC but that's just mislabeling.

Basically mod GRF 129 has half life of about 30 minutes which is what you want, true CJC 1295 has a half life of about a week but that doesn't give your glands time to rest so it's not a good idea.

Dosing: I know this is all you're really interested in so here it goes. you can dose GRF and a grhelin mimetic (GHRP6/2, Hexarelin or ipamorelin) and grf 129 at the same time throughout the week. you can do it only once or twice a week like on training days but I would recommend at least once or twice a day to get best results. take between 50-100 mcg of both each dose and seperate the doses out so as to get the best GH pulse. you should also fast for 1-2 hours before hand and at least 30 minutes afterwards.

And while this isn't that relevant it's DAC not dec it stands for drug affinity complex so it's an A not an e.

Hope everything goes well, work on your grammar though please, it makes it hard to understand what you're saying to be perfectly honest.

use ghrp-2 and cjc1295 w/o dac.
