Can igf-1 slow growth hormone production
So I've been researching igf-1 lr3 and growth hormone. I see that using growth hormone causes the liver to make igf-1. So I'm wondering if injecting igf-1 lr3, which is a long acting igf-1, cause the body to slow the natural pulsing of growth hormone? I thought of it like when we inject testosterone, the body recognizes higher amounts of test, so to compensate, it stops producing test. So when the body pulses growth hormone, the liver then in turn produces igf-1. So if there is larger amounts of igf-1 in the body by injecting it, will the body see this and create a negative feedback loop and try to compensate by not pulsing growth hormone? I can't really find studies on this, and if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. I was going to use igf-1 lr3 without gh, but after thinking about this, I'm going to order growth hormone and use them together with my next cycle to be safe. Thanks Bros! I don't believe that the igf will slow down anything since its the conversion from the gh in the liver. Gh will definitely have an impact on your gh production however can be minimized with proper timing like not using it right before bed when your body is going to start excreting its own. Plus length of time and so on but I believe thats what CJC with DAC is for. It's my understanding that that's like a pct for gh. However while using igf you don't need to use a lot of gh so you can get away with doing less growth. You can do 2iu of growth in the morning and still get good results while using the igf. Just remember igf needs to be cycled and you can usually notice around 3 weeks it won't have the same effect.
Thanks for the reply bro. I was thinking the same about using the gh at 2iu daily, in the morning when I wake up. The igf-1 I was going to use for 20 days on and then 20 off. Have you used igf-1 lr3 before? I'm thinking 20mcg daily, pre-workout to start. So from what you're saying, gh gets converted to igf in the liver, so igf wouldn't stop gh from being produced. I thought wrong, I thought gh caused the liver to make igf. Like LH causes the testicles to make testosterone. Thanks for clearing that up
GH stimulates the production of IGF-1 in the liver. You're right. And it does cause a negative feedback loop.
Not sure how you couldn't find this in your research... Even wiki explains it well enough.

Well gh gets converted into a few things in the liver igf being one of them. Mechano growth factor (mgf) is also produced which has a direct impact on tissue repair much like igf has a direct impact on stimulating tissue growth. Nonetheless its all converted in the liver from gh.
I've used igf lr3 and des. Liked both but could be used for different things. The DES has a very short half life like growth and can have a direct impact on the muscle that it's injected into. LR3 does not work the same and has a half life from 24-30 hrs (I'm sure the difference is whether it's injected subq or im) and does not, as far as we know, have and impact on the muscle group it's injected in.
Long story short DES is good for spot injecting on lagging muscle groups and LR3 isn't. 20mcg seems like a fair place to start. Personally I reconstituted with acetic acid and then diluted it even further with bacteriostatic water right before injection. Everyone has their own preference as far as that's concerned though.
the igf-lr3 i get comes wrapped in dry ice because its already reconsituted. the muscle pumps are unreal and site growth is unbelievable. you can see results within 1 week of use. i use 40mcg per site, so for bi's its 40mcg (each bicep) a half hour before workout. some people can't get through their regular workout because of the muscle pumps.. i will never use hgh again!!!
