Clearly he is the over 40 club, that is pretty much a given.

Now I'm going with him doing one of Tread's "blast and cruise" programs, actually,...Tread may have got them from him.

Any input/guesses on what he does for his blast section and for how long.

His reindeer & Boomers (kangaroo's) probably have scrips from the local vet, so we can leave them out of the conversation.
