I do not know but, I will post here when I get more tests in about one month.... How much gear do you run on your cruise? I was way too high, the article above suggests 125 mgs with us older folks. You can open an account online with the red cross quite frankly it feels good to be helping someone else. It can't hurt and everything I read it is the only thing you can do to help your situation.

What were your numbers?
You can donate blood to lower them.
