Extreme Water retention!!

ad

I am holding more water than ever. I have not ever really had many sides while on Test. Making me feel like all the stuff in the past was way underdosed. I am currently on TRT but on my first vial I decided to blast being my bloodwark is a good ways off. Blast for me is 500mgs a week frontloaded at 1000 mgs. I am injecting 2 times a week now @250 on Wednesdays and Sundays. I am cutting my salt intake out. Any other input would be appreciated. I am on Test only.

Testosterone especially long-estered versions can cause some guys, like myself, to turn into sponges. For me any amount above 150mg/wk and I have at least 5-10 pounds of additional water weight no matter how little salt and how much cardio.

In addition to making sure your BP is ok and that you are doing cardio 4-5 days/wk, you can try dropping your testosterone to lower/base levels and stacking with other non-water retaining DHT AASs. For me personally, 200mg/wk test-e plus 100mg/ed proviron will get my free testosterone levels much higher than will 500mg/wk testosterone alone with much less water retention.

I wanted to drop by and thank everyone for there input. I started with more cardio and cut my salt intake as well as drank more water and spent some time in the sauna. Much improvement without having to order some armidex. Thanks

Hey mate it is not a good thing to be carrying hat much fluid. As Greg8 said drink more water. Do more cardio. Also dropping your sodium intake is all well and good but if you are eating foods laden naturally with high sodium it will have little effect. The advice given below is good. You should give it a crack mate. All the best with it

Believe it or not, drinking more water will keep you from retaining water.

I look pregnant and my head is freaking out of control. The real deal is no joke. I will go look for some armidex.

i would not take letro just for water weight, way to harsh of sides for that.

cutting out your salt intake is good, also are you doing any cardio? You could also look into running some arimidex to help with water weight.

Doing little to no cardio. I will up the cardio. If looking to get some armidex what should I dose at?

definitely up the cardio, do atleast 30 min 3x week. As for the arimidex, kidna gonna have to adjust as your body reacts. but you could start with .25 e3d. and go from there, that always seems to do the trick for me. but again YOU will have to adjust according to your body.
