your jeans are lying to you

ad

Your pants are lying to you. Majority of jean companys cheat on their jean size around 1-2 inches, some as far as 4 inches. Don't kid yourself and think, Well i'm not to bad, i fit into a pair of 34 jeans. You may not realize it but you may have a 38 inch waist. just a little info for some of you out there. This is old news, but may be new to some.
Heres a link to some of the most popular jean companys.

I wear sweat pants and gym shorts. If it has buttons on it I am out. Unless I am going to court then I dress better than a lawyer.

heres maybe why... people with a waist size larger then 38 have a larger risk factor for diabetes, stroke, and heart problems among other things. Reading that stat people with jean size 36' are thinking, glad im not in that caterogry, but in all reality they prob are. I'm guessing 90% of people out there don't measure there waist with a tape measure, but just go by their pants size......So actually there is a problem, So you see that is a problem that needs to be "fixed". The point is, don't go by your pant size, use a tape measure.....is that ok with you?"

Not necessarily, people who dead lift a lot developer a bigger waist size according to research and backed up by actual people I know who powerlift and have a huge waist size. Doesn't mean they're going to suffer diabetes, stroke, and or heart problems.

Out of 1000 people who have large waist maybe 1 person if that is caused from powerlifting. If that.
