That is pretty much a requirement befoe giving out cycling advice. If they don't provide it we have to ask for it. Can't give any useful advice to the OP without knowing those things.
He's been here long enough I'm pretty sure at one point he did have his correct stats up. A lot of us do it at one point or another for safety purposes.
For instance my avatar that's really me I got to the point life I really don't care if people know what I really look.
