yall have gotta try this:

-POPEBOYS MIXED FRUIT BUT MOSTLY STRAWBERRY GOOD AS FUCK CREATINE SHAKE-

1. 1 scoop of body fortress stawberry creatine
2. 1 table spoon of micronized creatine
3. 2 scoops of real fruit srawberry ice cream
4. 2 large eggs
5. 3/4 cup of orange juice
6. 3/4 cup of strawberry orange bananna juice
7. 3 ice cubes or chopped ice
8. 2 whole strawberries

9. 1 table spoon of diced pineapple

   Just throw all this shit in a blender an mix the hell outta it for about 1 1/2 to 2 mins.
   if you try this let me know how you like it of if you got any ideas on other good shakes let me know.

p.s. make sure you plug in the blender lol you might question it but you know as well as i do theres gonna be that 1 dumb ass just looking at the blender cross eyed and drooling
