So you're top of the moon 7weeks in nice cycle sleep gets less and less the smallest thing pisses you off or maybe you the kind of guy that gets fukt off end of cycle screwing at everything you cheating nonstop fucking everything that moves..u get bored u start going out drinking and sniff adding to the liver but ay you look good u feel great nothing can burn u out

Coming to the end of the cycle so u push even harder u want to get your money worth you maybe land up with shoulder injury

End of cycle your coming off you don't have the energy any more u think il take a few weeks off the gym bad idea!!

Oh u pissing blood because u still want to party and sniffing your heart out to feel good and caught STI that your gf has

Now you lost around 10pounds of gains lost your gf and prbs your job because you was being such a twat and u taken so many days off work

Being creepy with everybody in the office

It's 16weeks you have no money u look worst off then before your cycle

How to stop this from happening

1st isolate yourself from friend take yourself off Facebook

2nd SLEEP get tons of SLEEP the next day the gym u push harder than ever due high energy.

3rd bite your god dam lip just because your on juice means you're a god and now everybody must obey you

Go out with the gf for meals or friends with gf double dates keep no booze in the house and

At work play the Kool guy keep your mouth shut head work hard people will respect you more then some hot head going on about the pump because 98% the guy sitting 5charis down is prbs on juice or done juice

Please do the right pct because you don't want your gf having more test in her body then your own making you a bitch

You need therapy.

Has the use of punctuation been outlawed in 2015?

How you fall to sleep is your business. I like warm milk and my wifes caress.

Greg's picture

No. I learned eventually that too catches up with you. Playing whack a mole with your addictions only prolongs the inevitable.

If it's your mind keeping you awake learn meditation techniques, drink herbal teas, take melatonin, etc.
If your body is keeping you up, get up early every day at the same time, work hard, eat your last big meal early, and go to bed each night at the same time.

If only life was that easy for some of us

I used to be an "if only" kind of guy too. "If only this would happen, I'd do that", "If only I' can catch a break.", "If only I could stop drinking" , If only I could stop shooting meth..."

You can't have two competing goals. Is your goal to improve your overall physique through discipline, healthy living, and training? Or is your goal to look like a badass when walking into a bar or cruising the strip? If it's the latter, then feel free to move on.

As I said. You do what the f@ck you want, but don't preach that one needs to take narcotics to fall asleep.

I bet what you wrote fell on deaf ears.

I want you to remember when u was 27 coach is pushing you to you limits you getting pains in every crack & joint of course u gonna take painkillers & and of course you gonna party hard when you win

Nope, I was even a bigger fool. I was taking drugs for recreation. Remember, my generation made it "cool".

It's taken you how many years to get where you are?

It just took one fateful moment to make a decision... and about 3 years to get there.

You think they gonna listen to you or listen to me?

Yes, some part of them will. But, it'll take time for them to act on it. They need to feel in control -it's their choice not our preaching.

Am I saying popping diazepam is right? No. but it's sure a hell of a lot better then sniffing coke and drinking all night.

Cop out. You know you've got a problem and are too weak to do handle it on your own, right?.
Doing what I suggested is better than popping a pill, right? Not having an addiction is better, right?

But all this banter aside. You don't get the last word. If you continue to defend, justify, and promote pill popping as a "necessary evil" I will give you some time to think about your decision.

Greg's picture

You're not right at all.

Sleep on it; 24 hours.

Very well said Greg.

I will also chime in that meditation really does work. Try this one, it is simple. Make two circles with your index fingers and thumbs, next clear your mind of any thoughts,( it really helps to vocalize an "OMMMMM" sound but you can try it with or without) Clearing your mind by thinking of absolutely nothing will be very difficult, your mind will be clean for a second and then you will realize your brain just slipped a train of though by you, round and round you will go but before you know it you will be asleep.

...don't preach that one needs to take narcotics to fall asleep.

Amen to both.

Self accountability my friend. For every reaction, there will be an opposite, that's coming from a pretty smart fella. A proper ran cycle makes the happiest man in the world. It took me wrecking my BMW 335i, losing my job, losing friends, one expensive lawyer, and hitting rock bottom emotionally. Luckily God blessed me when an amazing women to break a foot in my ass. If you don't stand for anything you will fall for everything.

DONT DRINK ALCOHOL OR TAKE DRUGS.
WAKE THE F@CK UP, GO TO WORK, AND SMILE.
BE HUMBLE, AND DONT GIVE ADVICE WHEN YOU HAVENT WALKED IN SOMONE'S SHOES.
GET INVLOVED IN THE COMMUNITY AND VOLUNTEER, IT WILL KEEP YOUR MIND OFF ALCOHOL AND OR DRUGS.
THANK GOD FOR GIVING YOU SO MANY CHANCES WE DONT DESERVE, THANK HIM FOR INVESTING IN YOU, AND RE-PAY HIM WITH DOING THE RIGHT THING EVERYDAY.

You lost me at "DONT DRINK ALCOHOL OR TAKE DRUGS."

vhman's picture

I've read this post and your responses and all I see is a bunch of mixed messages. On one hand you're advocating for self control and proper accountability. Then I read your responses below and you're making all kinds of excuses for drug use and telling people not to respond if they don't do these things!?!
How about sticking with one message and that's being accountable for ones own actions. Otherwise, this is just hypocritical and a waste of people's time.

vhman's picture

And am I wrong in saying this?

Your analogy regarding only users/former users can give advice doesn't hold water.
Good advice is good advice, no matter where it comes from.
The fact is that most of us here have experienced everything you've mentioned here. Many others have dealt with friends and/or family members with issues. That qualifies them all regardless of their background.

I think you wrote this with the proper intention, but, it looks like you don't fully buy your own narrative. My advice would be to listen to what is being said and let the discussion play out, regardless if you like it or not. Lots of great people here, that have solid advice. Don't look to discredit it. You'll only be poorer for doing so.

vhman's picture

No one likes being told their wrong, but the advice given was solid. Benzo's are bad news and you justifying their use is problematic.
Quit worrying about what others are doing and saying and take responsibility for what you're doing. Valium is not the answer to your problems or anyone else. Take it one step at a time and find a way to do it without addictive drugs.
Again, I'm glad you posted this and were willing to lay it on the line. That takes some guts. Use that to find a better way and create a dialog for others to learn from it. Best of luck.

ps its the steroids mixed with party drugs and pain killers, including valiums, i could link so many videos of pros and ex pros who say when they look back it was the pain killers and valiums and drugs like that mixed with the heavy steroid use that fucked their livers, kidneys, hearts etc, and hes not fucking drunk, he has a speech impediment, the result of massive heart attacks and frequent seizures and strokes, you clearly need to wake the fuck up and research.

i cannot understand a word you are typing, could be a big mis understanding here, fuck knows lol

So it sounds like severe cardiomyopathy and i still don't understand what appears to be a neurological condition.

CR1970's picture

This post is just full of bad decisions. Isolation from friends, internet social media, and valiums only to run a cycle? Your a physiological/psychological wreck and your eating habits probably suck too. I'd re evaluate my whole life if you see ANY value in it at all and get your head right boy. You are not in a good way.

CR1970's picture

Jesus. Cut,bend, twist it anyway you want. This is not an argument at all. I'm right and your wrong. I can't relate to this in any way. My advice was good. Grab hold of it. I'm out .

readyman's picture

I think the post was to try convey to ppl who may conduct a certain type of lifestyle and how it does not really jive with the type of lifestyle we as steroids users should really think about. The simple fact of the matter is ppl do make these mistakes and i don't see anything wrong with talking about it.

readyman's picture

Something worth understanding here dickjuice is this is a very conservative community and most of the higher ranking members here are older gentlemen and they are going to look at this thread and see all sorts of redflags. This maybe a steroid forum but it is a very sober crowd indeed. Tread with caution.

CR1970's picture

He can talk about anything he likes. But he's also leaving himself wide open for a ton of criticism. Expecting his post to turn into a casual conversation of people standing in agreement is unrealistic.

readyman's picture

This is true but note i do not condone willynilly use of benzodiazepines. This is very risky in my mind and in my experience abuse is usually the outcome.

readyman's picture

I like the moral of this story. Im somebody with ptsd and while on cycle i have learned to disengage people as i find that it keeps me on rolllercoaster ride and it negatively impacts my mental health. Benzodiazepines are one of the tools in my arsenal and i cycle between a few of them and never take the same type for any more than 3 days straight. It's worth noting that i also have a mental health condition as well but if i see someone struggling i have suggested it in the past. Cool perspective bro, sometimes you have check yourself especially the younger folks.
