I am going to Cancun tommorrow, and there will be good looking girls everywhere, and I want to bring some Viagra with me. Can you get in trouble for having Viagra in your luggage?

Yes, you can get on a plane in the US carrying Viagra , even carrying it loose in your bag. But once you get to Mexico it's a different story.
You absolutely need a prescription for Viagra in Mexico. If you purchase Viagra in Mexico you damned well better have a prescription from a Mexican doctor. A US prescription means shit all in Mexico.
I do not know if the Cancun police are as bad as Tijuana, but police there make most of their income extorting money from US citizens buying prescription drugs.
The pharmacies are in in it. They will sell you anything without a prescription, then inform the police, who arrest you, take a bribe to let you go , then give the drugs back to the pharmacy to resell.
The correct way to do it is to either carry a copy of your US prescription with you and bring your own, or go to a Mexican pharmacy, have them refer you to a doctor who will write a Mexican prescription for you to fill at that pharmacy.

Dude hit the local mexican pharma and they will sell it to you there with no scrip but do not try to get that shit on the plane not worth the risk
You're over thinking is. You won't have an issue. Just for piece of mind, put it in a bottle of Tylenol or Motrin. Pills will be fine. Enjoy!
