A little help with my fiancé problem

My fiancé has a case of hemroids and would like to hear if anyone that has or had them befor what was the men's to cure them-
We have tried cream and sapositories and didn't help-
Prob because when I put them in there they came back out-the girl is abt 102lbs and 5'4 a tiny woman-but she let me administer them and me being nervous because she don't let nothing go in there had me a lil timid and excited as well-lol-
But being honest I/we would love to hear some home remidies or what worked for them-thanks in advance-
Also if anyone has any stories funny or serious I wouldn't mind hearing them as well-

AnonHey bro just talking with my gf cuz she had some issues with this as well. She said the doc told her to stop using toilet paper and use flushable wipes only. I guess tp can really irritate that skin. And make sure she is getting enough insoluable fiber. Thats the kind that will help the most. They also have options where they tie off the roid, cutting the blood supply until it dies and falls off I guess. Or there are injections that can benefit as well. Hope this helps..
I have hemorrhoids and I know it when I don't take my fiber. I saw a doctor and he told me to supplement with fiber everyday. If I take my fiber powder everyday, I keep the rhoids away.
I use Walmart brand orange fiber and it works great. Fiber stops my rhoids from bleeding and being itchy. I go to the toilet and wipe once and my arse is clean.
She needs to try fiber. My wife takes the fiber capsules. FIBER FIBER...this will help.
AnonCan she see a doc? Sometimes surgery is the only option. Or at least the most effective. No funny stories sorry ;-)
Soak in a hot/warm bath every day for about a half hour or more.
