New to site and need some advice from the ladies
Hi ladies , I am new to this forum and site . My husband has been using it for a few years now and got me on cuz I need some advice . I am 34 years old and have had 3 c sections. I'm 4 11 and weigh about 110 lbs. I have Ben working out for a while now but I need some help . I wanna bulk up and be about 120 125 pounds . I want a thicker look , bigger quads, and a more plumper butt . I wanna keep my curves or actually get a little more curvier but I need something to help me gain the mass . I enjoy lifting and squating but need alittle extra help and don't know what to use. I have never been on a cycle and my husband was going to order me nnp to start with but before he does I wanna know if that's gonna bulk me up like I want or if something else is better . Can someone please lead me in the right direction as to what to order to start with . I'd really appreciate ladies .

Your bulk isn't going to be dependent upon whether you take npp.. It's going to depend on your food, training and rest. You're going to be severely disappointed in using any steroid if those things aren't in check because your results will suck. At one look, your diet needs help. More protein, more veggies, more HEALTHY fats, looks like your carbs need help too. The look your striving for sounds like a bikini competitor look, which isn't super difficult to obtain and doesn't require drugs- hammer away at legs (quads, hams, glutes) some ab training and light upper body.
NPP is unnecessary for what you're describing. Possibly low-dose anavar if your hell-bent on taking something- but you can do this on your own.
I guess 5-10 mg of var per day should be more than enough.
no NNP!
Got your friend request, first things first, what does your diet look like right now? Training frequency and split? Hw long have you been training? Let's talk about those things first

Thank u first off , breakfast usually 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of American cheese mixed in and 2 prices of toast . Protein shake a couple hours later . Lunch sometimes I'll make mac n cheese for carbs , or a sandwich with a peice of fruit , another protein shake or a protein bar . I'll snack on sharp cheddar cheese with crackers. Dinner always a meat , a carb like rice or potatoes , and usually a veggie like green beans , pees. I snack on almonds , dried fruit . Then before I go to the gym to lift I take super pump 250, then a protein shake wen I get home . Then I'll snack before bed ex cheese and crackers again . My goal is to get thicker esp bottom half like quads , butt, but to have a nice shapely muscular figure. Train about 4 to 5 days a wk . No cardio cuz I don't wanna loose se weight , I wanna bulk up and be on the thicker side . My husband was thinking nnp for me would b the best to start with , a low dose . Wat r ur thoughts on that ? Anything better or with less side effects . I don't wanna get a jawline or grow man parts , lol but I def wanna run a cycle of something to help my strength as well. I appreciate ur input .
The reply I have for this is too long for a forum, I'll pm you first thing in the morning.
First of all you should not run npp for a first time using anabolics.
Tell me the diet you have laid out for the bulking up.
Welcome
Thank u , so I haven't laid out an actual diet per say . I can tell u a typical day and hopefully u can help me from there. So in the am for breakfast I'll usually eat 2 scrambled eggs and throw a slice of cheese in there, 2 slices of white toast buttered. Then I'll maybe eat a balance protein bar . I like the chocolate mint ones) or I'll have a banana . Snack on almonds , cheese and crackers . Lunch I usually have some sort of protein and carb, maybe a sandwich , some baby carrots , a Cheese stick , or I'll have dinner left overs from the night before . Or I'll do Mac n cheese , it has like 3 cheeses in it like Gouda , cheddar . Then maybe I'll have a whey protein shake in the after noon ,, dinner is always some sort of meat like chicken , steak, hamberg meat , a carb like potatoes or White rice and a vegetable . Then in the evening I'll snack on some fruit , almonds , or sharp cheddar cheese with crackers . I've Ben really into that for some reason . So that's an example ... What do u have in mind , any help would be greatly appreciated . I have 3 kids , 2 are young , under 4 so I am constantly tending to them as well ,I don't sit til I go to to bed . But any help I can offer would be great . Thanks again for taking the time for me .
Hi Munch. I see quite a few glaring problems with what you have set up with your daily food intake.
You got alot of "filler's" in your diet. Lets get some food in here to help you build.
Your eating fruit (fructose) sporadically during the day. Fruit for breakfast is fine. Post workout can be fine but I'd rather see you eat better carbs postworkout. NO fruit at night! Watch those yogurts. Get plain greek nonfat ones and add your own fruit if the timing of the meal warrants it.
3.Protein bars. Ya keep em in the cabinets but ONLY for emergency uses only. Theae should not be in your daily caloric intake. Most are laiden with suger and other crap anyways.
Someone loves her cheese
ya well there should be better fats in your diet. Cheese is fine once in a while but where looking for red meats, omegas, poly and mono saturated fats.
Food preperation is going to help tremendously. I do not know many people who successfully change thier physique without being fully prepared. Think big batches that will last you 3 days at a time.
Please do me a favor and add up all these calories and macros so we can see the truth to the problem. Im going to bet the calories are just enough or under to maintain your current weight. We need more food here.
Let's start with breakfast.
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 1/2 servings old fasion oats (you can add suger free syrup, cinnamon or fruit to the oats)
1 cup of skim milk (add to oats)
Fruit
Hope that your workouts are intense and you're not afraid of challenging yourself with the weights. This along witht the food is going to produce the results you desire, NOTHING else if you are not on your game in these two departments.
Sent you a friend request to assist you further along.
+3
Good stuff GP
Most females are way easier to work with.
Most men are bitches and have a million excuses...my back,my shoulder, I can't do that many sets, I missed meals because I was busy, I ate pizza even though you said not to, I can't eat that much,my bunions, missing workouts..etc..
Now I train with two females that dominate a room when they walk into it. Both jacked, driven, and not afraid of weights and food.
Pain in the ass though at the gym, everybody wants to interupt and ask these girls how they look like that or what do they do, or to praise and drool. I've put and end to that shit (mostly) I now tell people "hey don't you see where on the middle of training? This is not a social hour" anyways these girls are in attendance snow, rain or shine. No excuses!
Hopefully Munch here is equally driven with her goals
Thanks V
