First Anavar run questions and ECA stack

Hey guys! Looking for some advice/tips/suggestions. First of all, this site has been SO helpful. I have been researching and researching this for a little over a year now.

24 years old almost 25
5'7" height
130lbs weight
20-22% bf
Standard macros are 150 protein/125 carbs/ 40 fat

I have competed in two bikini competitions however they were both in 2016. Since then, I have trained on and off but heavily picked it up again last November. Due to my time off I put on some unwanted fat (normal). I am still small, but I would guess I have about 5-10 lbs of fat to lose. I do incorporate HIIT into my lifts which I am lifting 6 days a week. I have FINALLY decided to tiptoe my way into aas. This has been a thought of mine for a long time and after researching I have found what I think I want to do is an Anavar split. I don't want to stack it with anything to begin since I have never ran anything before. 10mg 5 in the am and 5 in the pm. 8-12 week cycles. I guess what I am wanting to know is if this is what I should be doing with what my goals are? I tend to hold my fat in my lower abdominal region and it WON'T EVER GO AWAY, even when I was a lean bean and stage ready, it was still hanging on. ANNOYING. I would love to put on some muscle too, but my main priority right now is cutting down to my desired bf and then have a cleaner bulk when I am ready. I would like to lose a few inches off of my waist. I know Var is by NO MEANS a magic cutting pill, but incorporated with a caloric deficit and quick HIIT sessions, am I in the right place?? I have heard it mostly shines in cutting phases. Should I try something else? On my last prep I ran an ECA stack taking 25mg of ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and a baby asprin once a day in the morning. Is this something I can add in and take along with the Var after a few weeks in? Seriously any input is greatly appreciated and I am very grateful!!!!

Hello Madam,

It is a bit unusual for me to hear that an athlete that have done two bikini shows is struggling to lose the body fat. Don't get me wrong, you may not know how to progress the from show to show but you would definitely know by now how to get lean if you were on the stage before - it is simple energy in VS energy out. No need for any supplements or fat burning stacks. Watch your nutrition plan, drop the right nutrients at the right time to get your calories down. Adjust cardio sessions accordingly. Only change one thing at a time - nutrition or cardio. Monitor you body in the mirror and assess weekly, make necessary adjustment and forget the PEDs.
