If you are having trouble with your appetite, I ve been putting cinamin in my coffee and it has been working wonders for stimulating appetite. The big thing that lots of people forget is that you must get it done in the kitchen otherwise the gear is just a waste
I'm gonna try that coffee mix wit cinnamon. I don't even drink coffee but I'll try anything that will make me hungry...well not anything
I'm pushin eating a lot more than usual.my libido has went thru the roof already. .muscle harder..and gain a smidgen of weight. I'm happy it's only been about a week . But could be just benefits if eating more than var..I don't think it's been that long to actually feel the affects of it.
How about trying bulking powders? Beef protein?
Man I get turned of with different tastes. .I never tried beef protein , do they have flavors or what?
AnonIrongame has it right. You simply need to eat MORE. More cals, more carbs, more fat. Most people who say that they eat "a lot" truly aren't. What's your typical daily intake?
Also try to stay away from cardio, being that my metabolism is cray. I play a lot of basketball tho
Trying to get to 5000 mg a day..I hear I need to do more ..I'm pushing , I don't want to cheat.the more I eat more and get full, the more I get use to it. Now I have to eat more and get uncomfortable again lol..fuck
AnonFortunately all of us ladies (and the guys too) who have gone through a "bulk" and ate more calories hoping to grow, know EXACTLY what this feels like. It ain't cute. Keep eating doll. You will put on some fat but it's necessary to put on the muscle. Grow now, then strip the fat off later.
If you're not gaining weight you're not eating enogh food. It's simple physics. I used to say I was a hardgainer to but I just wasn't eating enogh. If you eat more then it takes your body to maintain you gain weight, if you eat less then it takes to maintain you lose weight. Some of us just need to eat a ton of food. But lucky for you you're a girl and you weigh 120lbs. It's not gonna take a lot to get you gaining.
So let's start here. What does your current diet look like. How many calories protein carbs and fats and how many meals per day?
What does your current diet and training look like? And what are your goals?
Well I eat up to 4 times a day, trying to push for more calories , but I get hella full. I eat healthly, all the good fatty foods .sometimes I may cheat.im about 5'8 120 pounds .I want to be atleast 140 , I know that's it's gonna take a lot of dedication. I started my var three days ago.nothing really yet except for getting aroused, oh and also I find myself not so tired at the end of the day. I work out four days a weeks .should I be doing anything different. Also to be honest I don't know what my body fat is , but I do know I barley have fat.i am boney but athletic becuz I've worked out and played ball all my life.im just ready for the next level.im tired of being skinny.also I'm a Lil interested in the competitions.so what do you think
I would track what you eat for a week. Doesn't have to be perfect, just honest. I would also find a bmr calculator online and see what you are theoretically burning everyday. This will really tell you if you are eating enough to actually build muscle. Take a look at your macros for the week you track. Male sure you are getting a balance of marcos. Alot of people like to go with 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat but there are several different approaches. However many calories you are eating, try bumping it up 250 a day. See how your body reacts. If you gain weight and it looks like muscle, stick with it or up intake. If you gain fat, lower it a 100 calories from 250 and see how you do the next week. Gaining weight takes some dedication, anyone on here will tell you. Pm if you have any other questions
Thanks
