Clen screwing with emotions
ad
I've tried clen in the past but it really screwed with my emotions; that part lasted longer than the initial feeling-good part. A few hours after taking it I turned into super bitch for the rest of the day. Do you other ladies experience the same thing and how do you handle it? Stop using the clen or take some kind of supplement? I only ran it for 3 days, one dose per day (on the low end) before giving it up. Since then I've found out I was hypoglycemic because hard exercise would induce some pretty severe depression for the few hours after the workout. Maybe they are related?

Albuterol is much better. It can still give you shakes , hart palpitations etc so be careful. It is much wiser choice. But let me ask why clen?? Why that s....?? Why not buil some muscles and let them to burn your fat , speed up metabolism etc? I used to be fluffy fatty with no muscles , gaining more weight just from looking at food and killing myself with cardio at times. Pointless.
I don't love clen, but I do use it. I'm at 25% body fat (down from 33% abut 6 weeks ago) and I'm no expert but this is what I've found. I realized the shakiness was what got on my nerves and made me edgy. I started using OTC thermogenics first thing in the morning then taking my clen with my second meal of the day, about 10:30-11 ish am (which happens to be post workout). I still get the temp boost so I know it's working, but it seems to reduce the shakes and bitch factor.
I know that it's supposed to work best first thing and even better combined with fasting cardio, but I just can't take it that way. I often have appointments at 8 am so I can't get to the gym until 9 or 9:30 and I don't think it would be smart to wait that long to eat. I think I'll try albuterol next time to see if it's any better.
