What's up, guys?

ad

I'm just looking to chop it up with some like minded people that I can learn from and share info with. I'm 42 yo and have never been a member of any forum. I have some light on/off supplement experience with long breaks in-between dating back to the late 90's. To my surprise, most of my past supplement use would probably be considered middle of the road use for a female from what I've recently learned. Anyway, I'm too old to be focusing on getting crazy jacked, but I would like to look and feel as good as possible moving forward. I look forward to learning more from you guys!

Last blood work?
Where is your test.
Have you considered dr prescribe trt?

Last blood work was shot due to an oxandrolone only cycle. I was doing an experiment to see how fast 30 mg per day would shut me down because I had read that you could potentially go 6-8 wks before a major reduction in natural production of testosterone. I found out that I'm not one of those lucky people since my test dropped from 671 ng to 15 ng in a month. I could tell that I was low and gave myself a 200 mg shot of t-cyp immediately after my blood draw. Also, my HDL dropped more significantly than expected. My HDL dropped from 65 to 19. I did look into TRT with Ageless Male, but it was crazy expensive. They wanted $250 per month for four 150 mg shots of t-cyp and 4 shots of 250 iu of hcg. At the time I was test my test level was around 560, but my free test was 5.6 or 5.7. I found out later that being in a calorie deficit and fairly low on carbs would raise my SHBG which would bring down my free test. Now I'm looking to keep test levels in the high normal to slightly above normal range and add some less taxing compounds like primo.
