What's up
Hi guys!
Really glad to have found this forum, came across it looking for a source reviews. Been reading the threads & picking up solid info. Looking forward to more and contributing.
So a bit about me. I got serious about practicing buddhism about 4 years ago, I gave up drinking and recreational drugs. It helped me develop a lot but I was overweight and not feeling great. I grew up pretty scrawny 6 foot 140lbs most of my life until I hit my 30's with a poor diet and lack of exercise I eventually got up to 265lbs.
About 2 years ago I determined to become strong and healthy. I got interested in lifting and through that learned about macros, metabolism, anatomy, training, aas, ect lol you know the basics. I started cutting, probably a little too aggressively and lost 70-80lbs in ~6months. I got down to 180 and kind of fell off a bit with tracking and what not, felt stonger when I wasn't cutting so been intuitively eating.. hovering around 190-200lbs, trying to eat high carb, low fat and only caring about daily protein intake (150g+ a day) but consistently lifting 3-5 days a week w/ post zone2 cardio, continuing to progress even after 1.5yrs, still enjoying it, always trying to improve..
Even with all the lifestyle changes I still felt kind of low energy, mood, drive, recovery ect.. I got bloodwork done a couple times and my test levels were on the low end of the reference range. ~350-250ng/dl. I tried enclomiphene for a couple months and didn't feel much different.. After some follow up labs (while on enclo) I was at ~500ng/dl test with low SHBG, Low HDL, Low Igf-1 and high normal E2.. so I decided to stop that and give trt another consideration.
I'll probably be posting more in the beginner cycle or trt forums and have questions and experiences and what not..
Right now my goals are to focus on diet/meal prep, cut a bit more to get to a healthier bf%.. stay on top of my health markers, raise my HDL and build more lean mass. The only thing really on my mind is fertility- I'm 36 with no kids.. yet.. and its something I'm not sure if I care about or not but I do love the idea of a family.. just trying to weigh all that while making the best choice for day to day life..
Anyways thanks for letting me ramble. Glad to be here.

MARKYHi bud!
Guys with high BF almost always deal with Test and e2 problems.
It looks like you've done a great job on cutting! And you’ve done it successfully. Just keep it up, focus on your diet, stay consistent with your workouts and your markers will gradually return to normal.
Untill that monent I won't recommend to take seroids.
Thanks Man!
Yeah the body fat is pretty high still. I stopped cutting because I didn't mind how I looked and I wanted to keep making gains.. but I kind of fell off. You're right that being overweight could have been messing up my hormones. The blood tests I took were after I lost most of the weight and a few months apart.
Do you think if I just got leaner my test would naturally get higher than the 350-250 range?
Not to disregard your recommendation but I've already started injecting a trt level dose of test. 50mg EOD and will continue until week 4 then get blood work again, at least see how things look.
