What up PPL
ad
Hello,
I am haven't done any cycles in about 8-10 years. There's a gym in the building so I get to work out fairly regularly but the goal has been to stay healthy not putting on mass.
I am also 36 and recently divorced so I am not looking to spend the next 20 yrs in the gym trying to make myself look hot to the 22 yr old hot body females that I like. I plan to run relatively safer cycles with mild compounds and a decent GH if I can get lucky enough to find one.
Anyway, ask anything you guys might want to know about me.

I've seen dozens of guys your size try the short cut. Only two ever blew up in a year and neither one maintained it well off cycle. These hormones work great once you've exhausted you natural potential. Even then its day in and day out food prep and training. My suggestion would be to live that lifestyle for a year and if your successful then think about it. If your not going to eat six times a day you woulnt get a lot out of it. A lot of guys end up with shrunken testicles, gyno and no gains.
Very good advice
Wise words as usual sam I am not alot of people have common sense or the experience comes with age hopefully this guy listens to your opinion even six months will make a huge difference if dedicated but the way he talks he's either a troll or very stupid...
I'm leaning towards the latter
RustyhookerY'all gettin catfished. Lol
Hi buddy
"goal has been to stay healthy not putting on mass."
No need for aas usage then sir
Hey buddy. I will update it to say, " and while back then my goal was to stay healthy not putting on mass, I am now more interested in putting on some good muscle. Something like 180lbs at 9% in a few years time would be nice"
backonroidsThere's no shortcuts ,,, as I have suggested on your previous post head over to the nutrition section mate..your 150lbs @5'10 a good solid diet will transform You
There are shortcuts everywhere dude. Steroids are not short cuts they are the rocket fuel that get you there faster regardless of what path you choose.
Like I replied to you on your other post. I have a nutritionist helping me with my diet.
In over words, a shortcut. Your goal (180 lbs lean at 5'10") is possible without steroids. And easy I might add. My end goal is about 275 and shredded at 5'11", which is physically im-fucking-possible without steroids.
So what's your hurry?
Thanks for your response.
No they are not short cuts. You still have to walk the hard path of proper nutrition and proper workout. If anything, it is a harder path to follow because you need to workout harder and eat better.
Anyway, I understand your logic - you are saying that one should not use steroids unless they are trying to achieve something impossible. I disagree with you. I feel steroids are extremely versatile compounds that can be used for a variety of goals including professional body building, pure vanity and combating diseases.
Ok. Then why not hit your goal natty and then see if you still want to use? Shouldn't take too long
See, this is not the first time I will be using AASs. I can go the natty way but I don't want to spend years in gym grinding out my 'ideal' body.
And why would I want to do that anyway? I know what AAS can do. I know how to use them. I know how to train. I know how to eat. I know how to retain my gain post cycle. Why shouldn't I use gear to achieve in 20 weeks what would otherwise take 2-3 years? All I hear is some vague logic about now having a good enough "base". WTF does that even mean?
PS. If i had introduced myself as 220 lbs aiming for a shredded 240 in one year I would not have been asked this question. In fact ppl probably wouldn't even have asked for my bf% but that's just a guess maybe they would have. But saying I should not do it because I am not heavy enough is ridiculous IMO. Also, just as an FYI to any body who cares: my question was how do ppl feel on Bold Cyp not weather or not I should do gear.
Anyway, Thanks for sharing your experiences guys.
backonroidsAwesome , good luck
Thank you and I wish you the same.
