Have been lifting since I can remember.
Diet always kept me from ever thinking about competing...being hungry sucks.
I always give props to those who compete...lotta work.

Dudes I think are a little bit of alright...Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates, Mike Mentzer, Arnold, Lee Haney, and most recently Rich Gaspari. Always liked Chris Cormier but for some reason he could never seem to get his shit together...too much partying that guy.

Came here in a round about way looking for a solid Canadian Brand.
