Well here I am
Years of watching this site and I'm just finally getting around to posting. First off I want to thank eroids for making such a safety oriented site. I got sucked in to this game far too young, I wish I'd had your information then, but luckily after reading some great posts I got on a better track.
My normal cycle (I have about 12 weeks on and 4-5months off) runs something like:
Prop - 50 mg eod
Enth - 100 mg eod (I find doing it like this prevents the rollercoaster feel, and having a good enth base helps the midpoint of my cycle feel very regular)
Throughout the cycle I use exemestane at about 12.5mg to keep estrogen in check.
As I get to the last two weeks of my cycle I transition to 75mg prop and I drop the enth. I like having a lower binding ester in me as I feel the switch to PCT flows better.
About 2.5 weeks in, I start hcg at 250iu twice a week, and I stop two weeks before PCT. After plenty of hormona-coasters I've found this dose works the best for coming off cycle. I ride out the test prop, wait about 4 days, then I begin a typical nolva/clomid pct.
I've also begun recently to supplement with ashwaghanda and some other adaptogenic herbs.... like super recently, I can't honestly give an assessment of them yet, but if you're interested I'll let you know. Supposedly this helps with cortisol and as I am a frequent traveler with a fairly physically demanding job, I thought this could assist with time zone changes and the stress induced bloat I always seem to get.
This is my general baseline. I've also used hgh after a shoulder injury for about 5 months. It healed the crap out of it, I can't speak highly enough about said compound. I did notice that my body did gain size though, I had some leather cuff bracelets I like to wear when I feel edgy, and they didn't fit around my wrist anymore by like half an inch. Also I noticed my appetite got a lot better, before I used to be able to eat forever and never really feel full, all of a sudden I was getting cues to stop eating from my body, and that hasn't happened before in my life. I don't know if that's a normal effect, but it was my experience.
Anyhow, I'm looking forward to being a part of this forum and giving back a little for all the good you have given me.
May your iron efforts always succeed.
