just want to introduce myself, im 35, 200lbs, 5'11'' ive been lifting for about 7yrs and have a few cycles under my belt. Im the quiet guy in the back of the room who loves to just observe. i usually do more researching than posting but looking forward to being apart of the eroids family. semper fidelis
