I decided to quit lurking on this board and actually try to join some conversations. I just hit 40 and I'm finally recovered enough from knee, back, shoulder, wrist, and neck surgeries(not all at once) to be back in the gym.

I've used this site for years during my recovery to help me research what I've wanted to use once my recoveries and funds were in line.

I will try to keep my noobness to a minimum.
