Time to Level Up

ad

Hey everyone, glad to be here!

I’ve been lifting seriously for a few years. I've made good progress with strength and size but after my most recent plateau, I started researching gear to see if its worth a try. I’ve finally decided to take the plunge and run my first cycle. The plan is to keep it simple: Test 500mg/wk for 16 weeks, AI, and Proper PCT. I want to see how my body reacts before considering anything beyond the basics.

4-500mg testosterone only is a good start in my book. Read, read ,read before you begin.

I would start low with anything between 250mg to 300mg test (only) weekly, and building your way up. If you got gained great size and great condition natural chances are that you will be a good responder, and depending your BF also you should aromatize less. 12 weeks is more than enough to see how your body performs and your system reacts. Be aware, that once you decided to jump into this world you need to be prepared to take ownership of your own decisions. Never stop researching, always be open minded to new ideas and perspectives but don’t believe in everything you read or listen. Science is there for everyone but at the same time everyone responds differently most of the times to the same things (training, diet, ancillaries, Peds, anabolism and sides effects) that’s my 2 cents. Best of Luck my man New russian

yeah, I was considering ramping it up slowly month after month but kind of wanted to just jump into it at 500. I'll definitely be more cautious than I originally planned, thanks.

Hit 500 off the bat and do bloods at week 4. This ramp up is mid 1980s crap. Jump in...bloids..ai if needed...week 12 stop...14 pct.

Speaking like that seems like he is in a rush. Ai, Ancillaries, Supplements, dieting, trainingx Bloodwork are basics….BW being done prior, middle, after, but I mean
Would be cool a first time user be in a rush ?

He certainly can go straight 500week but can also do 250 x 12 weeks

Then let’s say get into a pct then after 3/4 months hit a little harder 500 mg weekly. What do you think ?

I mean Most people got a lot of sides effects, most of the cases because they don’t even have receptors to the amount of gear they’re using.

I got your point about 80s,”outdated” style of created a protocol but despite that I would go with bit of caution with a newbie…at end of the day All roads “can” lead to Rome.

250 is garbage and a waste of time … common brother be real … this guy aint gunna use that low of a dose for his first cycle … I guarantee minimum is 600mg if he wants any real results …. I hate when people say 200-300mg for a first cycle … we all know that shit ain’t gunna happen …. Just being honest brother ….

That’s just my opinion, brother; People may do anything they want :)— I believe @Greg communicated my thoughts much more effectively. Anyway, I don't think there's any need to rush anything. That's it. Will have the time to run up a gramme or two, or not? Probably yes, but maybe isn’t the right time, the guys is a Noob yet. — Everyone's routes are unique, and everyone reacts differently to each compound or combination. I hope you got my point.

Of course brother and I respect your opinion 100%…. I actually think it is pretty solid advice and wish people actually followed directions … but 99% of the time people will toss it in the backseat and just blast more gear because they are not seeing major gains … I was part of the 99% when I was younger …. :-)

+1 from me brother

The first cycle focuses more on understanding how your body reacts, including any side effects or underlying medical conditions. Not about gains.

After taking 600 mg, a person may experience headaches, test flu, or a host of other health problems, as well as find that his blood pressure has skyrocketed. Once you put it in your body, you can't take it out.

FiveFingerDeathPunch1's picture

I agree with you it would be ideal for someone to run a reasonable test dosage and find out how there body reacts … but what people post and what people actually do is two different things … I see it …and hear it all the time…

“ I’m only running x amount of gear “ meanwhile they are blasting a bunch more because the gains are not coming quick enough … or they think something is underdosed… I am just being honest here … and I am not saying this gentlemen that posted would be lying but half these little 22 year old fucks at the gym and post online lie through their teeth…

That's the same rational you use when you buy beer for a minor that approaches you at the 7/11. Or when you agree to host the high school beer bash at your house.

Your "honesty" is normalizing the bad behavior. You're not cool, hip or woke, you're an enabler.

Being a man and the success of your AAS usage requires self discipline. Not YOLO.

Too much focus on dosage as opposed to the numbers pulled through bloodwork. Some guys are hyper responders and some aren’t. If someone can pull a 2k+ ng/dl off 250 whereas it may take the next guy 500 to pull that, why should he raise the risk of sides and running an Ai when it’s not necessary? We all know dosages are subjective to the user.

Then talk as if youre skilled and shown success. Hey op dude...hit 300mg x 12 weeks with bloods in tgere at week x. Hiws your pct look? Whats your goal? Hows the cslies broken down? I gained X pounds on my first run at X mgs.

Pandateston's picture

No. That's just my opinion. Yes, I am skilled, successful and understand Peds more than many. I've been doing this for many years for myself and coaching people too . But I'm always trying to learn more. Any recommendations given or suggested will always be generalized, so that whoever reads them can have a starting point. Protocols need to be designed in a specific and individualized way. There are many variables. Exactly, without knowing how to understand the general context, everything becomes more complicated. I didn't mean to seem stupid or arrogant. Thanks for your understanding brother .
