You will be happy to know that I have been following the advice of the members with lots of points and reading the forums for about 3 months prior to making my account. This place is like no other and I can speak from experience. I have been on a lot of different bodybuilding sites but this one is different. Just my speed. Not really focused on bodybuilding, but the different aspects of anabolics usage. I am in my 30's. I train religiously and have been for 15 years. I am not obsessed with getting huge. I don't care at all honestly. I just love that I am healthy and feel good every day. Haven't had so much as a cold since 2008. I was a college football player (FS) in a division 1 school and always in shape. I'm 6' 198lbs (naked) and caliper measures me at 14% bf. Those things suck though. I would love to get a true measurement if anyone has recommendations for good places to go to get the dunk test. I haven't had one since college. Merry christmas everyone and a happy new year!
