Steroids Saved my life

ad

Alright i am from Canada 6 years ago i was dying of cancer things seemed very hopeless my body was wasting and surgery was 6 months away and i had about 4 months left to live i even went shopping for my own casket that was a bad idea somethings you just don't do your self anyways my little brother was big in to lifting weights and it was clear he had a boost i was lying in bed unable to move pretty hopeless
my issue was my body did not have enough mass to continue to waste for 6 months until i got surgery
i had 3 or 4 months max i went from 205lb to 135lb in 5 months i just needed to give the cancer something else to feed on to keep my alive until i could have surgery so my little brother gave me my first cycle
i was 135 lb infested with cancer and looking like death was standing behind me calling my name within 4 weeks i was 175 lb i was eating i was able to move with out pain i am so lucky when my doctor saw me i was surprised he was upset like how dare i try and save my own life he did blood word and saw what i was doing
noted on my chart that i was self medicating my insurance pulled my coverage and my operation was canceled i then got back on a list for 3 months down the road from then by the time i had my surgery i has 185lb and healthier than i was before the cancer i know i would not be alive if i did not do what i did when i did
this is all a personal choice we make to better our selves and i am happy with my choices.

Wtf? you had to wait 6 months for cancer surgery? That's nuts. That's 6 months the cancer can spread to other parts of your body. Is this routine in Canada? This no doubt this will be common in the states once Obama care gets fully implemented. FYI for those of you curious about what Obama care will cost you personally, there are calculators online. Google health care exchange calculators. My premium for 3 is around $1100/month, and this is for "silver plan" which is 2nd from the bottom/3rd from the top.
Plain and simple I can't afford that. It's more of taking from one group of people and giving it to a second group of people. I'd be better off taking the $13k a year and banking it. (if I had it) Looks like I'll be paying the penalty at the end of the year to the IRS. Which right now will be cheaper. I would guess though in subsequent years they will continue to up the penalties till it's a wash. Say goodbye to middle class!

That's what makes me so mad about steroid testing. They have all these amazing benefits but yet they don't wont to do long term test on them for people
