Spot me bro

ad

Sup, long time viewer, first time poster. Love working out but cant bulk up or it will slow my run time down. Fooled around with some stuff in the past and learned the hard way. Now I'm older, wiser, and ready to take myself to the next level of fitness.

Thanks for the quick reply Fast. Not really looking to body build, gotta keep my run times low. My goals: consecutive 6 minutes miles, never running out breath, and continuing to be functionally strong. What i mean by functionally strong is really increasing my muscular endurance.

There's many ways to boost running. Many runners use hemocrit....which in my opinion very sketchy. Too much and its not good. Research well...as you already know getting muscley heavy slows ya. Life is balance.

Yeh i researched the shit out of doping, very pricey. EPO, doping, hyperbaric chambers like floyd landis, and hypoxic training. This is particularly interesting to me, because i have naturally low hemocrit & hemoglobin (H&H) levels. Has something to do with me being of mediterranean decent.

Genetics sure are key in many sports! And there's so many ways to go faster n further. When i was young the mountains or beach upped training times. Mountains forced natural hemocrit and sand....holy cow that's a workout.
