Should've done this a while ago

ad

I really wish I started on these forums, as well as all forums for Bodybuilding and AS a while ago. I've always done a ton of research over a bunch of different forums before I start a new cycle, and certainly before I started my first cycle. My first cycle I ran in 2006 at age 26, it was a standard 10 wk 500mg Test E only cycle with PCT. I went from 185lbs to 205lbs and was instantly hooked. I mean I worked my ass off religiously for those 20lbs but without proper AAS supplementation those 20lbs after plateauing wouldn't have been a possibility. After my PCT I dropped down to just under 200lbs but as I read everywhere this could be expected and in some cases I was relatively lucky to only lose just 25% of my gains. I continued to go to the gym for another 6 months before I went on to order another cycle. I did my research again and decided to kick start this cycle with 40mgs d-bol e/d for first four weeks and I decided to up my test to 600mgs e/w.
Unfortunately, before I could run this cycle I got into a major car accident and broke my femur, five bones in my right hand, as well as my right ulna (forearm), I also shattered four ribs and had a collapsed lung. I was in rough shape and spent the next 2 weeks in the hospital and had over a year of physical therapy to start. Needless to say, I lost all sight of starting my second cycle as well as most of my gains went out the window. As a side note I also was pumped full of pain meds for months and ended up catching a pretty bad habit from it, that would ultimately require detoxing. So I was pretty leery to go ahead and start another cycle which would require sticking a needle into my body. In 2009 after being fully recovered from the car accident in every aspect, and after having spent the last year and a half in the gym I decided to pull the trigger on that cycle I had just sitting in my bottom drawer.
I experienced incredible strength gains from this cycle even more so than my first cycle, which I thought was surprising, and I gained another 20 lbs bringing my weight up from 190 to 210. I would go on to run another eight cycles or more between 2009 and 2013. It would take forever to write all of these cycles up but they were all bulking cycles and all had some test variation involved. At the end of 2013 I was in another bad car accident, luckily this time I only broke my collarbone, but I still would have to spend another 6 months out of gym and nearly lost 40lbs. The accident coupled with a serious bout of depression which I never had to deal with before, was the reason I would go on to lose so much muscle. It really was a terrible cycle, I was out of the gym because I was depressed, I was depressed because I lost so much size, and I lost so much size because I wasn't going to the gym. Once I started seeing a psychiatrist for all of the personal shit going on in my life, my depression ultimately subsided by the beginning of this year.
The funny thing was that I knew how fast my body can gain especially when I am down so much strength and size, muscle memory is amazing. The hardest part was just getting my ass back in the gym and start moving iron around again. The gym would also be a huge supporting factor in keeping my depression at bay, as many of us know their really is nothing like exercise for the mind and body! I ended up ordering another cycle a few weeks back. This time I am running Test E 750mg e/w as well as 600mg of Deca e/w for 12 weeks. Weeks 1-4 I am running 50mg of SP Anadrol e/d. Both the Deca and the Anadrol are firsts for me as well as SP gear. The Deca and Test are both stealth as I have always had quality gains from stealth. So far I am just a week in and I am already starting to put on some size, (195-199) even though I'm sure it's mostly water weight, none the less I am pleased.
I am really having a tough time with the lack of sleep though, I've always noticed some type of sleep disturbance on cycle but nothing as bad as this. I'm up evry 2hrs and can't fall asleep for about 30 mins or so. It is really annoying for my gf which is understandable, I just don't know if this is solely from the gear, which is what I suspect because it's the only thing I have changed in my routine for the past 9 months. I was told before that high bp can lead to irregular sleeping patterns so I'm curious if the drol is raising my bp so much that it is causing more insomnia than normal? I am going to try and tweak my diet some and take out most salts and caffeine to see if this helps. Not sleeping really sucks!
