hey there ,dont get on here often i am in the navy ,so wont post a lot. here to learn ,never to old ,been lifting for 20years , surprised to see i got minus 2 kharma when i got back ,prob because all my friends are seamen. nevermind

You can take vitamin c tabs that will help clear that up. I thought the navy had sorted out the scurvy problem over a century ago.
