Push the weight
Well, the heading about sums up my best knowledge of weight lifting, I read it in a Muscular Development article about 15-years ago. Nice answer to a question on the best way to perform bicep exercises, you know, the one where someone asks if it is better to rotate the arm or not.... the pro just said, 'push the weight' and I love that quote.
Obviously, I think there is a bit more to it than just metal bars and sweat, at least when one's shoulders start hurting like gunshot wounds or strength just peaks out, but hell, I'm closer to 50 than I am 40 and my blood tests qualified me for TRT long before I ever had my first injection. I'm just lucky that way, started going bald and test levels went low in the early 30's.
Well, I'm a few years out of the loop, been paying off back dated child support and not able to afford luxuries like sports supplements, but that's done now and I'm out to get back into the kick of things. I love the life of body building and at an optimum weight of 100kg when fit, I feel pretty dull with double digit body fat almost 15-lbs below that weight. I have a road ahead of me.
So, if no one minds, I'll be cruising these pages a bit and picking out a helper for my return to fitness. I have to somehow pack on 10-lost pounds while still losing 2/3 of my body fat. Clen/T3 - Tren/Test/Mast polished up with a bit of Winny... is that still how it is done?
