Hey All,

I’m looking forward to participating in this community. I’m 34 and have been training since my late teens. My early training years were spent training with a power lifting focus to support my athletic endeavors. For the last decade I have been training with a, recreational, bodybuilding focus. I’ve never had a big interest in competing but do it for my own satisfaction. Ive always been a late night warehouse gym, training in the shadows type of guy, but am looking to interact more with other lifters and members of this community. I’ve used anabolics intermittently over the years and find that there is always more to be learned. I’ve already gained a lot of info from these forums and look forward to contributing.
