Please allow me to introduce myself

ad

Good day fellow gym junkies. I was a friend of the boards 5 years ago but so much has changed. I went from my goal of a Frank Zane like physique to looking like Quagmire and doing rails off a toilet seat. I got clean but never got back on the high the gym provided. Then my boy got diagnosed with obesity related issues and that changed me. I wasn't going to fail my kid and be a bad example. Now both of us are a few months in and I'm getting my groove back. I'm down 20lbs in 9 weeks, and I feel great. Currently I'm on Dr. prescribed TRT and GH, however based on past experience my body reacts well to low dose test and a standard dose Tren ace. I come from the school of thought start small then adjust up based on your body's reaction. Now I'm hearing of dudes pumping a gram of test a week to start and wondering what the heck happened. Is stuff weaker now?

My biggest need from the boards are advice on specific exercises and movement to develop an all around physique. I currently do basic all body workout. I'm still very far away from ideal weight. I've heard some say focus on cardio then when your BF is low start to stack the weights. How come I cant stack weights and do moderate cardio? Any advice is appreciated. Before I had a trainer but my girl threw out my logs and brain was fried from drugs.

Stay safe brothers and look out for an FR. I want to surround myself with knowledgeable dudes, with quality not quantity in mind.

I think it depends on your overall goal. If you do a lot of cardio you will lean down, and then throw in the weights and you will look lean, fit and defined. If you want to look big, with reasonable definition then do moderate cardio and weights. Apart from dialing in your diet, cardio will help your body burn the fat, and the TRT (depending on the dosage) will help keep it off.

So, basically it depends on how you want to look, and don't forget, cardio is the best exercise for your heart, and your lower body joints.

So actually the school of thought has taught you very little, since you are looking for specific exercises to build a complete body ( said by you ). Something is not right!

Don't want me to be your friend, like Tron says, I'm not loved here on Eroid.
Welcome

You're not loved here, Tron feels the same, and so do I. Here's an idea: there's the Untouchables, the Expendibles...let get together and call ourselves the Unloveables...so we can spread fear and loathing throughout the forums (insert sinister laugh here).

There's no conspiracy here bud. I'm just here to learn and not be the most popular person on the boards. Heck my own friends wouldnt call me their friend. I spent many years doing exactly as I was told. Now I'm doing research and catching up on the latest trends.

Its OK buddy. I'll be your friend. No Homo though. Glad people have a sense of humor. Not many people have sympathy for the devil.

Thanks bro. I'm on TRT so guess performance enhancing, but not going full cycle until I'm in deep. I agree more is better is taking hold. it's not the size but the way you train it.
