Opening up a big can of mid-life crisis
ad
Hi All
I am hitting my mid thirties and am really feeling it ,this ageing bullshit has got to stop.
I am here to get tips on how to maintain peak performance after your twenties clocked off and went home
I have ordered a 16 week course of Depo-Test (along with the PCT drugs Clomid and Novaldex)
and I am looking forward to cracking into it as soon as it arrives
Any advice from any of the older blokes would be appreciated
Thanks

Welcome. About to turn 40 and haven't hit a mid life crisis yet. Maybe I'm just a late bloomer.
Welcome to the board! Excellent advice is the only advice given here. You'll love it!
I hate to break the news to you buddy but this aging bullshit isn't going to stop, it sucks but its called life.
Viagra or Cialis helps me maintain my peak.
Wait until you hit your 40's if you think 30 is bad. early 30's for me was fine, its after 38 where you decline. Go get a 20 year old gf and maybe a corvette and then leave the drive thru's alone, that alone should make you feel better....its what I did lol.
Lmfao wtf
well, she was 21 and the car was a 2004 modena, still have the girl at least.
BEST MID LIFE CRISIS EVER!!!!!!!!
The answer isnt cycles. Refine your diet and exercise regimen. You cant burn shit food off as quick, and you cant recover as quick either. Drugs arent always the answer.
I hear what you are saying ,I should clarify my diet and exercise regime is good
I am looking to make the most of this time in my life and I feel supplementing with test is a great option
In previous generations I would have had to just accept my place ,but with test I can add a whole lot more life to my years.
I appreciate your common sense response though
Clarify stats please. Thanks.
I'm 105 kgs ,5'10
Good overall level of fitness ,lift 3 times per week
Thx
TronJust simple advice to anyone in their 30's go get bloodwork to see where your test levels are..especially before starting a cycle.
