Hey yall newbie here looking for some advice on training and cycling been training on and off for 5 yrs been out the game for about a year or two packed on a bit of fat just got back in the gym again last 3 months needed some advice on some diet and cycles hope i make some friends here

Mike1982God damn you're right. NFL has just diminished so much since the 80's. When free agency and the sports agent took over it killed it for me. Especially after the stupid ass lockout where billionaires and millionaires were whining and complaining, I damn near wipedy hands with it. I just like me some drew brees. He does so much for my city so I have to support number 9 BUT like you, Saturdays in death valley with my tigers is like my Christmas. You already know when/if the tigers and bulldogs play (gotta check the schedule) we have to start a forum in sports so we can get a little smack talking back and forth haha
I think we have some college football talk in "the green room" group.

Thanx just been reading through a few sections i was a longtime lurker just signed up now so few sections have popped up that i didnt see before.
