I have a few cycles under my belt, but was just needing advice on which labs r the best. Things can be a lil shady sometimes buying from a third party if you know what i mean.

After advising you I noticed that the "Newbie Lounge" isn't there anymore. However, if you go to the "Community" tab and select forums you will be able to select "Steriod Cycles". There you will find the "Precycle checklist" written by Viking who is a trusted elder member. Also you should check out the "How to run a cycle" topic which is helpful in detailing out how someone might run there first few cycles.
