New to eroids
ad
Hey guys. How is everyone. So I'm new to eroids but have done about 5 cycles about 7 years ago. I stopped hitting the gym for a while because I was going to school. I finally finished school and got my degree so I've just recently gotten back to the gym. I've been training the last 8 months trying to eat clean. I'm ready to start taking some more test and get back to my old shape that I was in. So I'm 33y/o, About 215 lb and 5 feet 7 in. I'm looking to get back down to 180lb lean muscle. Any one have any info about cycles that worked for them would be greatly appreciated. Please guys any info at all. Diets? Workouts? Protein? Carbs? Gear? Things like that. Thank You guys and hope I can get some help here

Loose fat?
Cardio and drop calories.
Let's start here
What do you eat now?
I'm trying to loose fat. So low carb diet. Eggs in am, 3 hrs later protein shake(slow digesting), lunch is chicken breast or ground turkey, snack, dinner chicken
Ok. Thats something to work with. Let's see exactly what you eat.
IE
Meal 1 3 whole eggs cooked with salt pepper fried in coconut oil. Over easy
Meal 2. 3 hours later? A protien shake. Who knows how many pounds of sugar are in those?
Meal 4. how much chicken? Is it raw? Did you boil it in water? Fry it in a skillet? Mash it with rocks until a fine pemmican?
Meal 5 a snack ? Half pound of walnuts?
And then another whole chicken for dinner with a nice glaze baked to perfection stuffing of source is a healthy load of apples , onions , garlic and for an air of spring time a few sprigs of thime and sage.
All placed in a center of red potatoes droounding in fresh butter.
Some thing like that?
Yeah exactly something like that
Welcome, I’m new as well and I recently got a degree as well and am looking to get in shape. I’m trying to make the plunge but there are so many vendors and suppliers I’m the type that researches things to no end so I feel like at some point I need to just take the plunge and order...
Welcome to eroids. Losing 35lbs is alot of weight but you can do it, just stick with it. There is a ton of good info here that you can search.
If I'm having an off night I apologise, you done 5 cycles at the age of 26? And looking to drop weight so decided for a cycle? Sorry I dont know the full story, but is the gear really needed?
Of course not, but people often use them before they reach there natural potential. Better get good info even when starting to fast.
Welcome,
Start by making a post about what you do and have done in the past.
