Decided to join this site after my source if 10 years no longer seems reliable. Have found this site extremely helpful thus far. I am 31 6'1 235lbs at the moment at about 7 % bf. i am about 9 months out from left triceps tendon rupture and repair. Nearing full recovery now but strenght is still down a little. Will be back in competition shape by fall if all continues to go well.
