Hello! I am glad I found this forum. Was recently a VIP on another forum, but this one has much better information on it. I am currently in South Korea and finding a source here is very hard. I am a female, 5'5, 140lbs and roughly around 16%bf right now. I have been professionally lifting (USAPL powerlifter) and NPC for a few years now. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I have had my own powerlifting team and have worked with some world class athletes. I will be running a new cycle soon and will log my results. I feel it is important for females to learn as much as they can from each in regards to hormones as it can have serious consequences if not done properly. Will upload some befores here very soon.
