New & Researching
ad
Been keen on bodybuilding for about 3 years, and I'm interested in getting serious now and being totally dedicated to my body transformation.
I have obviously got a grounding in steroid names and various types, but now I plan on using steroids I need to research everything and know exactly what I'm doing.
Better to be safe than sorry!!
Hope all the veterans here will be helpful and won't take the piss to much while I'm on the learning path to achieve my goals.
Anyone from the uk I'd be keen to hear from and anyone wanna send a friend request then feel free to. I hope to learn and develop greatly on this forum.
Many thanks

Welcome Aboard
Welcome to eroids mate. There's a few of us from the UK here.
Thank you for the welcome, it's great to see there's some fellow uk members. Keen to meet more people and expand my knowledge
bigmurphExplain a little bit about the goals you are trying to achieve and how far along are you with experience working out

Wow thanks for the links, I've read a couple so far but had to take a break as there's a lot of information and advice there to take in. As for my goals.... I want what I guess we all would like.... To look like jay Cutler lol.
Due to working 14 hour days 5 days a week I have just been going steady at the gym but every time I go I get more of the bug to where I'm going at least 5 days a week now and like I said, now I wanna get serious. I'm currently working on my diet (well my wife is cause I hate food and cooking). I'm gonna continue reading the links you sent and I'll fr you too. Really appreciate your time and help. Thanks.
bigmurphThis past year has been the same for me bro i started a new job where I work 70-80hrs a week from oct -july then it slows to 45 and I put on 20lbs and it of course took a toll on me and the gym but now I have dropped 14 lbs im injured but will be back at the gym full force in 2 months so its hard but just when you get any chance go to the gym im lucky I have 24hr gym plus there is a hardcore gym in the warehouses where my work is so sometimes I can just walk down there.
If you have any questions hit me up if you need anything
Oh how I long for a 24hr gym. I work shifts and and if I can't get to the gym I try and rotate my rest days around and it's a ball ache tbh. I've requested fixed hours and days now so I can get some type of routine.
Anyway thank you for everything and I will almost certainly take you up on your offer and pick your brains. Cheers bud.
