Stumbled on this site afew days ago. 40 yrs old 6'4" 275 lb. Been out of the gym for several years, but decided to get back at it last year. Have some more bf to get rid of, but all is going well.
Never used anything until last year. So far I have found some pretty useful info on this site. (Once you sift through all of the arogance and sarcasm). Look forward to learning more from you guys.

Welcome George! Ya we tend to use sarcasm and joke around but with that aside its a great place with lots a good info and cool ppl
