New member... any advice fellas? (or gals)

so I am new on this site... been lurking for the past month or so and have recently gotten on cycle thanks to this site and its suppliers. I'm liking what I've seen; I have read many of the forum posts and this strikes me as a better forum than a lot of other bodybuilding sites/forums I've been on.

A little about myself:
-24 yrs old
-college graduate in Kinesiology & Exercise Science
-Personal Trainer for 2 years (ACSM)
-Have been lifting weights, exercising, and playing sports for 8 years; I started pumping iron as soon as I got my driver's license and haven't stopped since
-Have been a soccer player since 16, in college I played club sports like soccer, rugby, water polo, I did Ju-jitsu, and Tae-kwon do for more than 10 years
-I really enjoy Olympic/power lifts; I do not consider bench press and squat/deadlift to be "true" powerlifting exercises, but thats a different conversation altogether...
-3 cycles under my belt, and currently starting number 4
-5'10" and 150 lbs, 22 yrs old for first cycle, now am 5'11" and 175
-Have always had low bodyfat; lab tested at my school at 4.8% when I was 20 yrs but it has been slowly creeping up as my metabolism started to slow down
-Currently at around 10% BF (depending on assessment method)
-Strength has gone down little to none since starting AAS
-Off cycle I can still max nearly the same weight, and with some lifts the exact same weight as when on AAS, I simply choose to work much lighter and with more reps when off cycle.

I have done 1 Test C only cycle and 2 Test C/Dbol cycles. My last cycle was unsatisfactory because I got sick right in the middle of it.... and I'm not one of those people who gets sick for a few days. I ALWAYS get lower respiratory tract infections and they ALWAYS last at least a week and sometimes up to two weeks. So this cycle I am quite hopeful I will get better results. I also have a plan in place just in case I get sick this cycle.

I've been one of the few lucky men to not experience side effects. never had acne flare up from AAS, never any gyno or nip soreness, little to no testicular atrophy. ALWAYS increased aggression. Each time I've used the same PCT protocol consisting of 40mg nolvadex/7-10days then 20mg/14days. This has always been quite sufficient to rebound and have natty test back up in a matter of weeks.

This cycle:
Test Cyp. 750 mg/wk for 12 weeks
Dbol. 50 mg ED for 3 or 4 weeks
-I am trying to lose 3-5% bodyfat and put on at least 15lbs of solid muscle
Goal of 1RM max on bench at 250+ by end of cycle, and hit 800+ on leg press
-Current bench at 205 x6-8, leg press at 500-600 x10-12

I want to plan for next cycle and obtain supplies far in advance and I'd like some advise, if y'all are up to it. I've been thinking of adding in some other compounds and have read up a lot over the past years. I feel like I am ready to add something else to my cycles... some new compounds I was considering to try are Test Prop, Anadrol, Equipose, Halotestin, Masteron, and possibly Anavar. I'm not ready for Tren yet and will not be for quite some time.

I know everyone has their own opinion on whats best but everyone's body is also different.... I can keep a low BF percentage quite easily, and I'm not looking to enter a BB show or anything like that. I simply want to be 'bigger, stronger, faster'; just all-around more athletic, leaner and meaner. With the exception of my sick cycle, I have gained a solid 15-20 pounds every time and have always retained at least half my gained weight. For my next cycle that I'm planning, I would like to put on even more weight in-cycle and really shred up a lot of bodyfat near the end of the cycle.

So friends, any compound/cycle suggestions? Advice? or even just wanna say hey?

I've taken arimidex before, once. why do you say I'm going backwards? cant exactly drop dbol for this cycle im a bit far in for that. PCT always been nolvadex 40mg first wk and 20mg next two wks.

AI on cycle or for PCT? maybe try a-dex for last month of cycle and PCT?

You are backwards because you are running a cycle and then finding out how to run it properly.

the word "properly" seems rather subjective here... reading through this forum's posts, and even the posts from veteran members, there's quite a bit of disagreement over the best methods. apart from not including the clomid for PCT, the things I've been reading here don't contradict what I'm doing.

I've never had estro-related sides, never experienced any significant drop in libido or any depression during PCT, never had my nuts shrink, no acne flares.

I think maybe y'all are just a tad jealous that I don't need to stack 15 compounds into my PCT... I have always rebounded very well. I will add clomid to my PCT, but from what I'e been reading the whole no clomid thing seems to be the only thing I've done "wrong".

If you're gonna tell me im a noob, as a courtesy you should at least give some reasons WHY you think im a noob.

Blood test is the way to know if you're recovered. If you're not having typical estro issues consider it a blessing. As far as stacking 15things...that'd a false statement as well. I grow fast on cycles that even women consider small. Clomid is the drug that sends signals to jumpstart the leutinizing hormone. Nolva works as a blocker of estro. That's why they work together. Consider you recovery fortunate! At your age you can play roulette a few times and be lucky.

Guess your many years of thorough research and degrees failed to mention that dbol does not make lean gains. Any you "maybe try adex last month of cycle" shows lack of planning. Pct....take a look in forums and tell us what you find for proper pct.

Backwards: using high doses of wet bulker gear for lean musclecut gains. No clue on proper ai or pct.

I know 'wet bulker gear" doesnt give lean muscle gains. Im not an idiot. But it just seems to happen every cycle, I drop bodyfat even when im not trying to. I don't do a lot of cardio on cycle, maybe a mile to warm up for a lift.

I will try clomid this cycle then.. but I never really saw the use in a-dex because when I tried it, just seemed like it didn't do anything so I never used it much. Also, from what I've read it is more to combat estro-related sides, which I've never gotten. However, I will take a second look at the PCT planning section, and reconsider a-dex. thank you for the advice!

Ouch man that is no good, you should always have clomid in your PCT it will bounce your test levels back to normal and the nolvadex will stop all estrogen receptors as your estrogen will be high coming off a cycle, clomid should be 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 as for why he said you're going backwards is, Dianabol(dbol) is very high for it's androgenic effects and will add a lot of water retention therefore you will usually gain bodyfat, keep it simple my friend, for the goals you listed Test only cycle would have been good and keep diet in check, to drop your bodyfat! Next time around reseacrh a little more Smile

Hella smart guy...well educated. Just got cart before horse. At his age and starying bodyweight he should incorporate all that bookwork into proper diet n exercise regimine. Boosted himself over 200lbs and then blasted off. Hopefully he's digging thru forums right now .

ya... I shot up first cycle so hard I got nasty stretch marks on underarms and thigh/leg area.

Bookwork and proper diet are all good and well, I did it for 6 or 7 years the natural way like that but I just got to a point where I wasn't gaining any more weight no matter what sport I was playing or how I worked out. Then I tried a little test and became a monster in the gym.

I know I should've started later but who can say they haven't made mistakes when they were younger?

and yes I am indeed digging through the forums... and will be every night for quite some time

Cool. At least it's proven you got the homework going/done. I was a hardgainer when young as well. Played semipro soccor plus 2hours every day in gym on top. Studied Charles poloquin and parillo. Jammed calories up to 9000 a day and both dropped fat for local comp and put on 18 lbs in just 8Weeks all natty. If youre keeping ultra lean on purpose then you need to either up the clean calories or lower cardio. Comparison that'd easy to see: bodybuilder in lightweight division (160lbs) ripped standing next to long distance runner of equal weight/bodyfat. Completely different builds because different types of workouts yet both have very lil fat in theie contest ready stage. Cardio is good for many things but keep your calories up like 5k and use only enough cardio to bust excess fat. It will add thick mass if your also keeping in the 8-12 rep power range. Below 8 opens you up to injuries. And over 12 turns towards loss of mass. However, as you already know, shocking the system with a good two Weeks of 15-20reps tricks the body into keeping up. Then change routine for the next 6Weeks to drop sets or or oyramids. Change forces growth. You're smart, we're in similar areas of study. Use it to your benefit.

I am 2 inches shorter than in and 10 pounds heavier, and only have 1 cycle not even finished yet under my belt, he is on his 4th, personally you should be swelled up like a beast if you knew nutrition and studied more!

well I'm gonna say that this is probably genetic difference... most likely you're just a bigger guy with a different body type.

have you heard of mesomorphs/ectomorphs/endomorphs? I have always been an ectomorph, along with most of the men on both sides of my family.

For third cycle and your goals you're going backwards. Drop dbol. Prop kicker. 500Mg cyp/wk. Food controls fat level. Whats your ai? Pct?
