I joined a bit ago just wanted to introduce myself.

I've been lifting like an inmate for 4 almost five years. Was 32 yrs old a fat 5'8" 275lbs lost 90lbs and have been addicted to lifting ever since. Eat clean lifestyle for me and my family! Need to find me, I'm at the gym!!
